Chicago Playground was founded in 2008 by creative designer Rodnell ‘KID’ Harris,and is currently on the rise in the Chicago fashion scene. Collaborating this season with one of Chicago’s leading sneaker/clothing boutiques,LEADERS and other designers; along with the likes of designing garments for Grammy nominated music artist David Banner, Wale,Lil’Durk, Dej Loaf, Jus to name few. The brand has been featured in numerous prestige fashion shows such as the Fashion Focus Chicago “Taking into the Streets” menswear fashion show presentation (2013),(which all serves as one of the highest Honers for emerging fashion designers in the city of Chicago), Atlanta Fashion Week(2014 and 2015); and also,(2015 and 2017)New York Fashion Week and finally LA Fashion Week(2017)
